This week was one for the history books. The boys had four snow/cold days off from school. They went from five days to only going to school Friday for that week. We had experienced temperatures so low that we spent the majority of the week indoors. The boys were lucky enough to get to play outside Monday but that was it.
I loved watching them play games, use their imaginations and even have fun eating lunch together. They even had their box and tent forts set up in the living room all week. It was so fun watching them pretend. They had a blast! They discovered that tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches are their new favorite meal. As you can see they were experiment on how they could eat their soup. They sure had fun!
By Thursday, they were really wishing they could play outside. It's not easy being cooped up but yet see the sun shining through the window. Not an easy concept to understand as a child.
I think all in all this week was one we will all remember! And in my book was one of the best!
